Men, Later in Life
Most men don't come in and say the actual thing. They say they're stressed, or the marriage feels flat, or they can't sleep. Underneath it is usually something more specific: a body that stopped feeling like theirs, a confidence that used to be automatic and now has to be manufactured, a version of masculinity they were handed and never got to question.
I built a structured program for men in their forties and beyond working through exactly this, moving from anxiety-driven performance to something more grounded and embodied. Breath, belief, nervous system, body. This is you if you're done managing the symptom and ready to look at what's underneath it.
